New Millennium SICAV is a Luxembourg-domiciled umbrella fund of 15 sub-funds, compliant with the UCITS V Directive. It has been founded in 1999 by Banca Finnat, an Italian financial intermediary with recognized professionalism, that  is the sponsor, the Main Distributor and, for some sub funds, the Investment Manager.

Each SICAV’s subfund  has an investment policy focused on a specific asset class, geographical area, currency, sector or a particular investment strategy.

New Millennium SIF-SICAV is a "Specialized Investment Fund" launched in 2007 by Banca Finnat. It is subject to the supervision of the CSSF.

Currently it has one sub-fund reserved to institutional or professional investors.

Fond'Azioni SICAV-RAIF is a reserved alternative investment fund (RAIF) which was established by the will of some Italian banking foundations together with Banca Finnat to better pursue the interests of these particular institutional investors.

Each banking foundation has one or more dedicated Sub-Funds (currently 5 Sub-Funds).

Nevermind (NVM) SICAV-RAIF S.C.A. is a venture capital fund structured into separate Sub-Funds, dedicated to investments in early-stage startups primarily based in Italy.
The initiative is promoted by UCP (Ulixes Capital Partners), which also acts as Advisory Company. UCP was founded by a team of entrepreneurs with several years of experience in the venture capital sector. The General Partner is represented by UCP and certain Key People.
Nevermind SICAV-RAIF currently is made of two Sub-Funds, both reserved to Institutional Investors and Professional Clients. One of them, Venture Lazio, has completed its first closing, with the Lazio Region, through Lazio Innova, acting as anchor investor.
