Following the business initiative of the sponsors "Fondazione CR Ascoli Piceno" and "Fondazione CR Fabriano e Cupramontana", NATAM launched "Fond'Azioni SICAV-RAIF", a Luxembourg vehicle dedicated to Italian foundations of banking origins which makes specific Sub-Funds available for the management of their assets.
The first 3 Sub-Funds have been operational since the 15th September and the delegation of the portfolios has been assigned by NATAM to Credit Suisse (Italy) S.p.A. and Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A.
The project was born thanks to the sector expertise of NATAM and its parent Company Banca Finnat with the ambition to involve other Italian foundations interested in launching Sub-Funds dedicated to them to pursue their particular objectives and to achieve all the benefits of this solution.
