On June 2nd the CSSF approved the appointment of State Street Bank International GmbH as new Custodian Bank, administrative and domiciliary agent of New Millennium SIF-SICAV, replacing Caceis Bank, Luxembourg branch.
The migration date is scheduled for 12 July 2021, and the updated version of the Offering Memorandum will enter into force on the same date
